Reps on the calls you rarely run.
An AI EMS call simulator for working EMTs and paramedics. Real-life scenarios, written by a paramedic.
Some calls come once a year. Run them between shifts, at EMT or Paramedic scope, and keep a record of your continuing education while you do.
Run the call before it runs you.
An AI plays the patient, the partner and the scene. You type what you would do and the call answers: the vitals move, the line fails, the nurse asks what you have. The patient is written in advance and revealed when you assess for it. The AI cannot make up what is wrong with them.
CE portfolio
A CE portfolio that logs your hours.
Log continuing-education hours against your NCCP cycle and export them. It records what you did; it does not issue CE credit. Your state and agency decide what counts.
Every call in the library, between shifts.
Free, no account
Free on shift.
Clinical tools
Clinical calculations that run in your browser. Each one cites its source.
Reference guides
Written references with worked examples. Each one links to the clinical tool that goes with it and ends with a call you can run.
Certification and licensure
The pathways, the recertification model, and a per-state index linking to each state EMS office.
Training aid only. Verify every value against your local protocol and medical direction before acting on it.
Your protocol wins.
If anything here differs from your agency's protocols or your medical direction, follow them. Every time.
In their words
From students and providers using it.
As a new paramedic, Paramedic Simulator helped me bridge the gap between learning the medicine in the classroom and actually thinking like a paramedic. The realistic scenarios gave me valuable practice assessing patients, making treatment decisions, and working through challenging calls in a safe environment. It was an invaluable tool throughout paramedic school and helped build my confidence before taking those skills into clinicals and the field.
Questions providers ask
- Does the CE portfolio issue CE credit?
- No. It logs your hours against your NCCP cycle so you have the record. Your state and agency decide what counts.
- Do the clinical tools need an account?
- No. The tools, the guides and the certification reference are free and need no account.
- Can I run calls at EMT scope?
- Yes. You pick EMT or Paramedic scope on every scenario.
- How long is a call?
- As long as you take, up to 60 turns. A full call runs dispatch to handoff, and ending it is your decision.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your settings screen, any time. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Is there a limit?
- No hard limit once you are subscribed. Past roughly 40 full scenarios in a month we will get in touch rather than cut you off. The trial is capped, and the details are in the Terms.
