207 full callsEMT and Paramedic

An EMS simulator that runs in your browser.

AI-driven prehospital simulation for EMTs and paramedics. No manikin, no headset, nothing to install.

The AI plays the patient, your partner, dispatch and the hospital. You type what you would do and the call answers, dispatch to handoff, at EMT or Paramedic scope. When you end the call, the debrief shows you what you did and what you missed.

Try a 60-second call free, no account needed. Full calls come with a subscription.

What it simulates

A call, not a quiz.

A monitor. Heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate and SpO2 show once you have taken them, and EtCO2, glucose and temperature appear when you obtain them. Ask for a rhythm strip or a 12-lead and you get a tracing.

A clock. Treatments take time to work, the drive to the hospital takes time to cover, and a patient nobody is treating can get worse.

A crew. Your partner works beside you, and a unit you call for is tracked until it arrives.

Procedures. A line goes in unless the scenario says this patient is a hard stick, and that is written into the scenario, never decided by the AI.

Written, not generated

The AI plays the patient. It does not invent one.

Every one of the 207 calls in the library is written by a paramedic: the history, the findings and the starting vitals. The patient is written in advance and revealed when you assess for it. The AI cannot make up what is wrong with them.

A scenario generator can give you a new patient every time, and nobody has checked any of them. This library is written so that what you are graded against is the patient a paramedic wrote.

The debrief

Graded against a rubric, not an opinion.

The debrief grades you against a rubric a paramedic wrote, mapped to the NREMT skill sheets. It quotes your own words back to you and tells you what you missed and why it mattered on this call.

There is no buzzer for a critical mistake. Miss it, and the patient shows you.

Every call in the library, at your scope.

In their words

From students and providers using it.

As a new paramedic, Paramedic Simulator helped me bridge the gap between learning the medicine in the classroom and actually thinking like a paramedic. The realistic scenarios gave me valuable practice assessing patients, making treatment decisions, and working through challenging calls in a safe environment. It was an invaluable tool throughout paramedic school and helped build my confidence before taking those skills into clinicals and the field.

Jeff V., Paramedic

As a current paramedic student, Paramedic Simulator has been a great way to put what I’m learning in the classroom into practice. The realistic scenarios challenge me to assess patients, prioritize problems, and make treatment decisions under pressure. It has helped strengthen my clinical reasoning and build confidence as I prepare for clinicals and eventually working in the field.

Anna F., Paramedic Student

As a recently certified EMT, Paramedic Simulator has helped me build confidence in my assessment and decision-making skills. The realistic scenarios gave me a chance to practice thinking through patient presentations and making decisions before facing those situations in the field. It has been a great tool for reinforcing what I learned in EMT school and preparing me for real-world calls.

Chelsey T., EMT

Questions about the simulator

Is this a game?
No. It is a training simulator for EMTs and paramedics. There is no score to chase; the debrief tells you what you did and what you missed.
Does it generate new scenarios?
No. The scenarios are written by a paramedic and the AI runs them. Each run plays out differently because you do, but the patient underneath is the same written patient.
Do I need a manikin, a headset or an app?
No. It runs in a web browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, and you type what you would do.
Is it for EMTs or paramedics?
Both. You pick EMT or Paramedic scope on every scenario.
Is it free?
The 60-second call is free with no account. Full scenarios come with a subscription, and a first subscription starts with a 7-day trial.
Are you affiliated with the NREMT?
No. The rubric is mapped to the NREMT skill sheets so the debrief speaks the same language as your exam. Paramedic Simulator is independent of the National Registry and does not issue or influence any certification.
